Making lucky stars is surprisingly easy yet fun (even if my fingers hurt a little). I kind of want to make moar... Maybe I should get a jar for the house >.>
Basically I'm making them as Christmas presents for my colleagues this year. It's not much but I like the idea that I handmade them myself so to speak. Especially since I don't bake (not that I have the tools) and I don't sew or anything like that.
Anyways I have to make some more because I didn't get enough material to fill up all 4 bottles. But yea, it didn't take as long as I thought it would. I thought I would have to diligently make them over the course of the next few weeks coming to Christmas.
What do you think? I think the shiny ones are prettier. (Although I think it looks better in real life.)

Weather is really really hot these days >.< Good to dry the laundry I suppose. But it's such a stark contrast to the COLD and rainy weather we were just having.
In WoW news, I'm close to finishing the Pilgrim's Bounty! Woot woot! Time to cook mah turkey!

Today, my friend and I were walking home and she proceeded to sing the song she had to write for health class to the tune of the chorus of "We're All In This Together" that went like "Smoking gives you cancer, and when you die you're parents will cry" with out noticing that there was a smoker walking right next to us. Immediately after she finished, he walked past us, put out his cigarette, and said, "Thanks." MLIA

- old Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls and Britney CDs because I didn't take care of my collection properly when I was younger
- a pack of WoW's TCG for kicks
- original DVD for Mr & Mrs Smith, First Wives Club and the Resident Evil movies
- some tv series sets. Xena, BtVS, Angel, SPN and Leverage come to mind
- Time Out! the board game because I think it's a great party game
and thats all I can think of for now.

It's time for Pilgrim Bounty on World of Warcraft. Now while I don't actually need to do the achievements I obviously want to.
Unfortunately my internet connection at night is really really crappy and I struggled through the initial quests yesterday before too many disconnects became unbearable. I hope I'll be able to finish all the achievements before the end of the festival :(
On a happier note after months of slow grinding (only the occasional dailies :p) I am now Exalted with both Frenzyheart and Oracles which makes me a Mercenary of Scholazar!!
I wonder what other silly achievements I can obtain through solo-ing?
ps: Many more mounts to get to 100. Blergh.
pps: I keep wanting to collect more pets even though I've surpassed the 75 for the achievement.

8:59 am - mini Vampire-fest weekend
|
Watched 30 days of Night as well as Blade Trinity over the weekend.
For some reason I thought that 30 days of Night was a zombie movie. Oops?? Overall a pretty decent movie except that the ending was kind of meh :( I thought Eben should have rode off into the dusk and become a super vampire hunter with his wifey Abby. Hahaha.
Blade Trinity on the other hand was just "Wesley Snipes the Movie". Sigh, poor Wesley has clearly walked the path of Seagal. Now I've heard that this movie was pretty crap but hadn't seen it till now..and while both the first 2 Blade movies weren't fantastic I kind of enjoyed them so I thought I'd give the 3rd movie a shot. But O.M.G. it was so bad. Even a nude Jessica Biel couldn't save this movie I think.
On the other hand while I'm not a massive Ryan Renolds fan I'd say that him and his character was definitely the best thing about this film. He was sexy and funny. Noice!
But enough of bad movies... SPN episode 10 is out (omg halfway through the season already? What??) and argh it's hiatus time!!! This ep really made me qq alot. I've never loved or hated the character but what happened was heart wrenching for sure. Damn you Kripke!!! (and fans!!!)

Random 1) Argh! Tomorow is the J Card sale at Pyramid! Must. RESIST!!!

I resisted buying GLAMOUR at full price last week when I visited the bookstore. Then I managed to hit up two stores that sold old issues and I basically was rewarded with two magazines for the price of one! Sure they were old issues but who cares!!
